Registration; Qualification. ABX shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement cause itself to be registered with the FAA and otherwise ensure that it is properly qualified to transport cargo of a dangerous, hazardous or offensive nature on a current up-to-date basis to the same extent that it is so registered and qualified as of the Effective Date.
