Registration of Partnership Interests. The Partnership shall maintain books for the purpose of registering the Transfer of Partnership Interests. A Transfer of a Partner’s Partnership Interests shall be effective upon registration of such Transfer in the books of the Partnership, subject to, and in accordance with, the terms of this Agreement.
