Common use of Registration of Depository Certificates Clause in Contracts

Registration of Depository Certificates. The Trustee will cause to be kept a register (the “Certificate Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Trustee will provide for the registration of the Depository Certificates. The Trustee hereby initially appoints the Certificate Registrar for the purpose of registration of the Depository Certificates. Upon any resignation of any Certificate Registrar, the Trustee will promptly appoint a successor or, in the absence of such appointment, assume the duties of Certificate Registrar.
