Common use of Registration Fee Clause in Contracts

Registration Fee. 6.1 The Registration Fee ("Registration Fee") depends on the conditions as set out on Organiser's Website as well as on the date of payment of the Registration Fee. 6.2 The amount of the Registration Fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by the Organiser as set out in the respective payment deadline communicated on the Organiser's Website (e.g., early registration and middle Registration Fees). If payment of the Registration Fee is received later than the respective deadline, the respective higher fee, as outlined on the Organiser's Website, shall be due. 6.4 Reduced Registration Fees may further apply to certain Participants depending on their profession and or education status (e.g., nurse/student). In these cases, a corresponding confirmation of a Participant's profession/education status needs to be submitted online during the registration procedure. The registration cannot proceed without uploading the requested confirmations. In these cases, the Contract will only become effective upon provision of the respective confirmations.
