Registration Commitment. As soon as reasonably practicable after each issuance of Shares pursuant to this agreement, but not later than thirty (30) days thereafter, Orphan shall prepare and file a registration statement under the Securities Act covering such Shares on Form S-3 (or any successor form subsequently promulgated by the Commission as a replacement for Form) if such form is then available for use by Orphan.
Registration Commitment. (a) BURU shall take all necessary actions, including filing relevant registration statements, to ensure the lawful distribution of the BURU Shares.

Registration Commitment. IVG agrees to use its best efforts to register the shares of IVG common stock underlying the IVG warrants included in the Share Exchange Consideration as soon as possible.
