Common use of Registration and Transfer of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Registration and Transfer of Warrants. (1) The Corporation shall cause to be kept by and at the principal offices of the Warrant Agent in Toronto, Ontario and by the Warrant Agent or such other registrar as the Corporation, with the approval of the Warrant Agent, may appoint, at such other place or places, if any, as the Corporation may designate with the approval of the Warrant Agent, registers in which shall be entered in alphabetical order the names and addresses (including street and number, if any) of the holders of Warrants and particulars of the Warrants held by them respectively. Such registration shall be noted on the Warrant Certificates by the Warrant Agent or such other registrar as the Corporation and the Warrant Agent may appoint.
