Registers. 130. The directors shall cause to be kept at the Company's Office in accordance with the provisions of the Act a Register of the shareholders of the Company, a register of the holders of bonds, debentures and other securities of the Company and a register of its directors. Branch registers of the shareholders and of the holders of bonds, debentures and other securities may be kept elsewhere, either within or without the Province of Nova Scotia, in accordance with the Act.
