Registered Agent and Office; Principal Place of Business. The registered agent and office of the Company shall be as indicated in the Articles of Organization, as amended from time to time. The principal place of business of the Company shall be at such location in North Carolina as selected by DTO Management from time to time. DTO Management shall promptly notify the Members of any changes in the Company's registered agent, registered office, or principal place of business.
