Common use of Register Clause in Contracts

Register. The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the Borrower, shall maintain at its address referred to in Section 8.02 a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments and Termination Date of, and principal amounts (and stated interest) of the Loans owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest or demonstrable error, and the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Credit Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrowers and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrowers and any LenderLender , at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Administrative AgentAgent shall, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the Borrower, shall maintain at its address referred to in Section 8.02 Applicable Lending Office a copy of each Assignment and Assumption Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, Lenders and the Commitments and Termination Date of, and principal amounts amount of the Advances owing to (and stated interest) of the Loans owing tointerest thereon), each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error, and each of the BorrowerLoan Parties, the Administrative Agent Agent, the Swing Line Lender, the Issuing Bank, and the Lenders shall may treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, Borrower or any LC Issuing Bank and any Lender, Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrowers and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

Register. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Parent Borrower and any Lender, Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Credit Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrower and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of Xxxxx Xxxxx and the BorrowerBorrowers, shall maintain at its address referred to in Section 8.02 9.02 a copy of each Assignment and Assumption Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, Lenders and the Commitments and Termination Date Commitment of, and principal amounts (and stated interest) amount of the Loans Advances owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error, and Xxxxx Xxxxx, the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the BorrowerXxxxx Xxxxx, any LC Issuing Bank and Borrower or any Lender, Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary an agent of the Borrower, shall maintain at one of its address referred to offices in Section 8.02 Charlotte, North Carolina, a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments and Termination Date Revolving Credit Commitment of, and principal amounts of (and stated interestinterest on) of the Loans owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement, notwithstanding notice to the contrary. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrower and any Lender (but only to the extent of entries in the Register that are applicable to such Lender), at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrowers and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the BorrowerBorrowers, shall maintain at one of its address offices referred to in Section 8.02 9.02 a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of in which it shall record the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments and Termination Date of, and principal amounts (and stated interest) of the Loans Advances owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive absent manifest error, and the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any LC Issuing Bank Borrowers and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
