Regional Study. The milestones in the table immediately below in this Section 5.2(c) shall be due upon Achievement of such milestones where Section 5.2(a) and 5.2(b) do not apply to such Achievement (“Regional Study Pathway”). [***]
Regional Study. Five steps give information on a regional vs local study and guide the user toward a local study, where mitigation measured are to prioritized.
Regional Study. To assess the need, feasibility and viability of providing, and the means by which to provide, a high-speed broadband network and fast, affordable and reliable internet service to their residents and businesses, the Municipalities agree to engage a qualified firm, or, if working as a team, qualified firms, to complete the Regional Study. The scope of the Regional Study shall be set forth in a mutually agreeable request for proposals (“RFP”). Subsequent to the issuance and posting of the RFP, the scope of the Regional Study shall not be modified absent agreement of all the Municipalities.
