Regional Data Base Development. The agency shall provide for establishment and maintenance of a regional data base to: 1. Support development of the RTP and regional growth management strategy; 2. Forecast and monitor economic, demographic, and travel conditions in the region; 3. Develop the database jointly with relevant state agencies for use in the region by local governments and the State of Washington. 4. Respond to data prepared by the State Office of Financial Management.
