REFUSE SERVICES Clause Samples
The REFUSE SERVICES clause grants a party, typically the service provider, the right to deny or withhold services under certain conditions. In practice, this clause may apply if the client breaches the agreement, fails to pay, or engages in prohibited conduct, such as illegal activity or misuse of the service. Its core function is to protect the service provider from being obligated to perform in situations that could be harmful, unlawful, or financially risky, thereby allocating risk and ensuring operational control.
