If the OAG determines that an overpayment of grant funds under this Grant Contract has occurred, such as payments made inadvertently, pre-reimbursement payments that were not expended, or payments made but later determined not to be actual and allowable allocable costs, the OAG may seek a refund from GRANTEE and/or the Certified Vendor.
