Refund Options Clause Samples
Refund Options. If the event is canceled before its commencement, registered participants will be offered the following options:
a. Full Refund: Participants can opt to receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit and rental package deposit.
b. Deferred Participation: Participants may choose to defer their participation to a future event organized by The Corban Collective, subject to availability and agreement on potential cost adjustments.
Refund Options. If the guest chooses to vacate the property, a full refund for the remaining nights of the booking will be issued. If the guest opts to remain at the current property, a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the accommodation fare for the remaining nights may be offered.
