Common use of Refuelling Clause in Contracts

Refuelling. (i) it is Your responsibility to fit an e-tag to the Vehicle or purchase a day pass for payment of tolls when using the Vehicle on toll roads; and (ii) if You fail to do so and We are required to nominate You as the responsible party We will charge You an administrative fee for each nomination. (a) During the Rental Period, You must ensure the Vehicle remains sufficiently fuelled. (b) Should the Vehicle necessitate refuelling during the Rental Period, You must refuel it in accordance with the fuel type shown in the Rental Agreement. (c) If a Fuel Card was supplied with your Vehicle, You must (i) use the fuel card supplied only for the purposes of refuelling the Vehicle and no other vessel. (ii) Ensure the fuel card remains with the Vehicle after your booking is complete. (d) If a Fuel Card was not supplied with the Vehicle, or becomes lost or stolen during your booking, you must: (i) Immediately notify Us as to the status of the Fuel Card. (ii) pay for any fuel related expenses incurred for which you can seek reimbursement from Us.
