Refrigerated Clause Samples

The REFRIGERATED clause establishes requirements for the transportation or storage of goods that must be kept at controlled, low temperatures. It typically specifies the temperature range to be maintained, the type of equipment to be used (such as refrigerated containers or vehicles), and the responsibilities of each party to monitor and document temperature compliance. This clause ensures that perishable or temperature-sensitive products remain safe and undamaged during transit or storage, thereby reducing the risk of spoilage and associated losses.
