Refresher Training. Employees required to attend mandated refresher training will be paid for the actual time the class is in session, up to a maximum of four (4) hours per class, but in no case will employees receive less than two (2) hours pay for mandated refresher course training.
Refresher Training. We may require you (or your managing shareholder or partner) and/or previously trained and experienced employees to attend refresher training courses at such times and locations that we designate, and we may charge reasonable fees for such courses. We may require you to pay us our then current fees for our training your new employees hired after your BUSINESS commences operations. A sales training course is recommended with an approved supplier for all franchisees to attend.
Refresher Training. Where Cabin Personnel who have attained Level III are evaluated at a lower level on a retest, the following shall be applicable: A prescribed course of study will be provided in accordance with the training guidelines.
Refresher Training. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the City shall provide all employees of HCID who may have responsibilities related to the VCA, Subrecipients, and Property Management Agents with an annual refresher training course on the duties, responsibilities and procedures under this Agreement.
Refresher Training. We have the right to require you and/or previously trained and experienced managers to attend periodic refresher courses at the times and locations that we designate. We have the right to charge fees for refresher training courses.
Refresher Training. All school bus monitors and attendants shall receive a minimum of two hours of refresher instruction in school bus safety at least two times a year, at sessions conducted between July 1st and October 31st and between December 1st and May 1st of each school year and shall include at least one hour of instruction relating to the special needs of a pupil with a disability in accordance with the requirements set forth under Education Law section 36509(2). Provided, however, that such refresher instruction may be postponed where a school bus monitor or attendant is unable to complete such instruction due to the State of emergency declared by the Governor pursuant to an Executive Order for the COVID-19 crisis. Such instruction shall be rescheduled and completed as soon as practicable.
Refresher Training. Xxxxxxxx will provide follow-up training (after successful implementation) to refresh existing personnel on best practices with regard to using Xxxxxxxx Suite. Training Resources Training will be scheduled within standard business hours (7:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday). The training facilities and equipment will be provided by Customer based on the following:
Refresher Training. The academic and flight training given, on a proficiency basis, by MOI/QC to an instructor pilot to enable him to regain proficiency in an area where he has been previously qualified.
Refresher Training a. Every year the Service Provider shall conduct 40 hours of Refresher Training for all Officers and Custody staff including Supervisory Officers. Refresher training shall consist of these critical subjects listed above and a review of basic training subjects and others as approved by ICE.
