Refresh Responsibility. Service Provider’s responsibilities include the following: 1. Coordinate, monitor and manage the execution of Refresh Responsibilities by DCS Service Providers and designated Third Parties.
Refresh Responsibility. Service Provider’s responsibilities include: 1. Cooperate, report, and support the management of Service Provider Refresh Responsibilities by the MSI. 2. Where the Service Provider is financially responsible for Equipment and Software used in conjunction with the Services, as listed in Attachment 4-B, Service Provider responsibilities include: 2.1. Refresh the assets during the Term, including responsibility for the assets, the implementation, and ongoing support. 2.2. At a minimum and/or in the absence of a defined Refresh timeframe, maintain technical currency in accordance with Industry Standards. 3. Where DIR and DIR Customers are financially responsible for Equipment and Software used in conjunction with the Services, the Service Provider will implement and support the new assets provided by DIR. 4. Regardless of the ownership of underlying assets, Service Provider responsibilities include: 4.1. Provide personnel who are adequately trained in the use of the Equipment or Software to be deployed as part of the Refresh, and provide such training prior to the Refresh. 4.2. Provide minimal disruption to DIR’s and DIR Customers’ business operations associated with technology Refresh. 4.3. Use best practices and effective automation tools during Refresh deployment. 4.4. Perform all Changes to Equipment and Software in accordance with Change Management procedures.
