Refresh. At its expense, Supplier will Refresh Equipment in accordance with the timeframes and Refresh requirements set forth in the Exhibit 4.3 (Financial Responsibilities Matrix) and Exhibit 2 (Description of Services and Solution) to the Agreement. VITA may request Supplier to expedite or delay the Refresh of Equipment to a timeframe other than that provided in Exhibit 4.3 (Financial Responsibilities Matrix). Upon any such request Supplier will promptly prepare and deliver an assessment of the impact, if any, that any such delay or expedite would have on Service Levels, Charges or Supplier’s ability to otherwise deliver the Services. VITA will discuss such impacts with Supplier and agree upon any modifications to Supplier’s responsibilities, the Service Levels or Charges applicable in the case of any delay or acceleration of the Refresh. With respect to any Supplier Equipment or Software for which Refresh is not set forth in the Exhibit 4.3 (Financial Responsibilities Matrix), Supplier will Refresh such Equipment and Software as necessary to ensure that such Equipment and Software has sufficient capacity and capabilities to allow Supplier to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Refresh. To the extent Supplier has financial responsibility under this Agreement for Equipment or Software, Supplier shall, subject to Section 9.7 or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Upgrade or replace such Equipment or Software in accordance with the applicable Supplement or as otherwise required to enable Supplier to meet its obligations under this Agreement, at no additional cost to Kraft. Supplier shall also comply with the Technology and Business Plan, so long as such compliance does not require Supplier to refresh Equipment at a rate that is faster than the rate specified in the applicable Supplement for such Equipment.
Refresh. 8.1. The Vendor shall use technological advancements and improvements in the provision of the System and undertake Refresh without additional charge to SATS. Refresh will not be deemed to result in new services or additional costs or charges to SATS.
Refresh. The School Board, however, will not be obligated to replace or “refresh” any computer, whether desktop, laptop or other at any time.

Refresh. “Refresh” is the pre-planned, scheduled replacement of device. The School Board, however, will not be obligated to “refresh” or replace any computer, whether desktop, laptop or other device at any time.
Refresh. The Offeror may be invited to refresh their current list of Goods with new luminaires or luminaire versions during the Effective Period of this CSA. New luminaires or luminaire versions will be evaluated and the Offeror will be notified if the new luminaire or luminaire versions will be added to the CSA. Refresh a. Servers past the refresh date specified in Schedule H will not be subject to SLAs only in the event that VMU has failed to provide funding for the refresh. All hardware must be under maintenance and the OS must be supported.
