Reformation; Severability. In case any provision hereof shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed to best effectuate the intent of the parties and permit enforcement thereof, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
