Common use of Reforestation Clause in Contracts

Reforestation. 23. (1) The Company shall reforest at its own expense all lands cut over by the Company under this Agreement and under the DTA to the required reforestation standard and shall describe its reforestation program in their management and operating plans.

Reforestation. 23. 21 (1) The Each Company shall reforest at its their own expense all lands cut over by the each Company under this Agreement and under the DTA Forest Management Agreement authorized by O.C. 16/2011 (as amended from time to time) to the required reforestation standard and shall describe its their reforestation program in their forest management plans and annual operating plans.
