Refinery Proposal. A new Section 3.18 is added to the Loan Agreement to read as follows:
Refinery Proposal. The Companies have timely notified, and will continue to timely notify, all relevant Governmental Authorities in Papua New Guinea of all amendments to the Refinery Proposal to the extent necessary in connection with the Project Documents.
