Refinancing of Mezzanine A Loan. Without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower shall not cause or permit Mezzanine A Borrower to refinance the entire Mezzanine A Loan unless such refinancing is in an amount sufficient to repay the entire Debt and the proceeds of the refinance are so used to repay the entire Debt.
