Common use of REFINANCING ARRANGER Clause in Contracts

REFINANCING ARRANGER. The Borrower and the 2018 Refinancing Term Lenders agree that the Refinancing Arranger shall be entitled to the privileges, indemnification, immunities and other benefits afforded to the Agents and Arrangers pursuant to Article IX and Section 10.04 of the Amended Credit Agreement and except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Borrower and the Refinancing Arranger, shall have no duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Amendment No. 4, the Amended Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.

REFINANCING ARRANGER. The Borrower and the 2018 2017 Refinancing Term Lenders agree that the Refinancing Arranger shall be entitled to the privileges, indemnification, immunities and other benefits afforded to the Agents and Arrangers pursuant to Article IX and Section 10.04 of the Amended Credit Agreement and except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Borrower and the Refinancing Arranger, shall have no duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Amendment No. 41, the Amended Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
