Refills. 1. All refills of prescription medications from the VA must ordered at least 7 days prior to the last dose being given and no earlier than 10 days prior to the last dose being given. 2. Refills from the Vendor Pharmacy must be ordered no more than 3 days prior to the last dose being given.
