References Generally. References in the 5-Year Credit Agreement (including references to the 5-Year Credit Agreement as amended hereby) to "this Agreement" (and indirect references such as "hereunder," "hereby," "herein" and "hereof") shall be deemed to be references to the 5-Year Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
