Common use of References; Construction Clause in Contracts

References; Construction. Any reference to an “Article,” “Exhibit,” “Schedule” or “Section,” without more, is to an Article, Exhibit, Schedule and Section to or of this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated, clauses beginning with the term “including” set forth examples only and in no way limit the generality of the matters thus exemplified. References to “and” and “or” in this Agreement shall in each instance include both the conjunctive and the disjunctive.
