REFERENCES and APPLICATION. Each applicant is required to submit three references from individuals with specific knowledge of his or her expertise, as follows: • A reference from a principal or immediate supervisor. • A reference from an Association representative. • A reference from another classroom teacher • All applications and references shall be treated with the strictest confidentiality. • See Reference and Application forms in Appendix B
REFERENCES and APPLICATION. The following term(s) wherever used in this Contract means: Valuable Papers and Records: Written, printed or otherwise inscribed documents and records, including books, maps, films, drawings, abstracts, deeds, mortgages and manuscripts, all of which must be of value to the Insured. This Contract is extended to cover third parties vehicles and/ or client’s vehicles and/or guests vehicles in the parking lot or under the insured´s custody, control or responsibility within the Insured locations premises. The liability of Insurers under this clause shall in no case exceed the limit of liability stated in the Risk Details to this Contract.
