Reference with Agreement. References in this Agreement to numbered or lettered Articles, Sections, subsections, items, Exhibits, Appendices and Schedules refer to Articles, Sections, subsections, items, Exhibits, Appendices and Schedules of this Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated. The words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder,” “hereby,” “this Agreement” and other similar references shall be construed to mean and include this Agreement and all Exhibits, Appendices and Schedules to this Agreement, all Schedules to such Appendices and all amendments to any of them unless the context shall clearly indicate or require otherwise and all of the above are specifically incorporated herein.
