Reference to Time Clause Samples

Reference to Time. References to time shall be to Central European Time (CET). This shall include Central European Winter Time and Central European Summer Time as applicable.

Reference to Time. All references to a time of day herein shall be deemed to be references to the time in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise specified.
