Common use of Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. On and after the Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto”, “hereby” and similar expressions, and each reference to “the Credit Agreement” and “the Agreement” in any Schedule to the Credit Agreement and, unless the context otherwise requires, any Loan Documents shall mean and refer to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Agreement.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. (a) On and after the Acquisition Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, ” or “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto”, “hereby” and similar expressions’, and in each reference other Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder” and or “the Agreement” thereof”, or in any Schedule each case words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement andAgreement, unless the context otherwise requires, any Loan Documents shall mean and refer be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this AgreementAmendment.

On and after the Effective DateAfter this Agreement becomes effective as provided herein, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “"this Agreement”", “"hereunder”", “"hereof”", “"herein”", “"hereto”", “"hereby” " and similar expressions, and each reference to “"the Credit Agreement” " and “"the Agreement” " in any Schedule or Annex to the Credit Agreement and, unless the context otherwise requires, any Loan Collateral Documents shall mean and refer to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Agreement.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. On and after the Effective Datedate hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “"this Agreement”, “," "hereunder”, “," "hereof”, “," "herein”, “hereto”, “hereby” and similar expressions" or words of like import, and each reference to “in the Credit Agreement” and “the Agreement” in any Schedule to the Credit Agreement and, unless the context otherwise requires, any other Loan Documents shall mean and refer to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Agreementhereby. Except as hereby expressly amended, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects on and as of the date hereof.

Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement. On (a) From and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to terms “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereofthis Agreement”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “herebyhereof” and words of similar expressionsimport, and each reference to “as used in the Amended Credit Agreement” and “the Agreement” in any Schedule to the Credit Agreement and, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, any Loan Documents shall mean and refer to the Amended Credit Agreement and the term “Credit Agreement”, as amended by this used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Amended Credit Agreement.
