Reference Rate Advance. Except as otherwise provided the ---------------------- Company may request the making of Reference Rate Advances in Dollars prior to the Maturity Date under the Facility by the delivery to the Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) no later than 11:00 a.m. on such Business Day, of a duly completed Reference Rate Advance Request. Each Reference Rate Advance Request delivered to the Agent pursuant to this Section 4.1 shall be irrevocable ----------- and shall specify: (i) the proposed Drawdown Date; and (ii) the principal amount of the proposed Reference Rate Advance, which shall be: (a) a minimum amount of $5,000,000 and, if more than $5,000,000, in additional integral multiples of $1,000,000; and (b) in any event not more than the Adjusted Available Facility Amount.
