The Servicer will deliver to the Lender, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent, the related Exchange Noteholder and any other Person stated in the related Servicing Supplement a report for the related Reference Pool substantially in the form attached to the Servicing Supplement (the “Monthly Investor Report”) at the times stated in the related Servicing Supplement.
