Reference in Secured Notes to Indenture Supplements. Secured Notes authenticated and delivered after the execution of any amendment or supplement pursuant to this Article IX may, and shall if required by the Indenture Trustee, bear a notation in form approved by the Indenture Trustee as to any matter provided for in such amendment or supplement. If the amendment or supplement to this Indenture shall so provide, new Secured Notes so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trust, to any such amendment or supplement may be prepared and executed by the Owner Trust and authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee in exchange for outstanding Secured Notes.
