Common use of Reference in Debentures to Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Reference in Debentures to Supplemental Indentures. Debentures certified and delivered after the execution of any Supplemental Indenture pursuant to this Article 17 may, and shall if required by the Indenture Trustee, bear a notation in form approved by the Indenture Trustee as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Indenture. If the Corporation shall so determine, new Debentures so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Indenture Trustee and the Board of Directors, to any such Supplemental Indenture may be prepared and executed by the Corporation and certified and delivered by the Indenture Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Debentures.
