Reference Dates. The Reference Date for this Statement of Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the Reference Date for tour pricing shall be explicitly indicated in the pertinent web information or brochure
Reference Dates. All documents required to be delivered by the Customer to AEF pursuant to this Section 9.02 shall be delivered by the Customer not more than ten (10) days prior to, nor more than five (5) days after, the delivery dates specified herein. In the event that following the date on which an Appraisal, Conversion Business Plan (if applicable) or Expert Study (if applicable) is provided to AEF pursuant to Section 9.02
(a) there shall occur any delay in the then scheduled date of Launch of ninety (90) days or more, AEF shall be entitled to require as a condition to Conversion confirmation from the Customer and the Person issuing any such Appraisal, Conversion Business Plan or Expert Study that any such information so provided remains accurate in all respects.
Reference Dates. To the extent the SOP Act applies to this Deed, each Reference Date is a "reference date" for the purposes of the SOP Act.
