Common use of Reference Customer Clause in Contracts

Reference Customer. Unless otherwise agreed, Customer grants Exasol and its Affiliates the right to refer to Customer, and display its logo, in the course of Exasol’s marketing activities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to inform Customer of such activities and to coordinate the representation with Customer before publication.
