Redundant Systems. (09/17) Contractor shall provide Maintenance for a Redundant System on the exact same basis as for a primary System. All rights, obligations, warranties, and other Services which apply and extend to a primary System shall apply and extend to an equal extent to a Redundant System.
Redundant Systems. The Software will at all times be maintained on servers and other hardware (the “Primary Hardware”) maintained by or on behalf of Modern Campus that will be located in a data center (“Data Center”) that employs industry-leading security measures, with regard to both physical security (e.g., restricted access to servers, etc.) and electronic security (e.g., firewalls). Modern Campus will also provide for redundant servers and other hardware (“Redundant Hardware”) at such Data Center so that, if the Primary Hardware malfunctions, the Redundant Hardware will host the Software according to the specifications set forth herein.
Redundant Systems. Village will ensure that critical systems are configured and maintained in a manner that insures uninterrupted operation. Any failure resulting in loss of redundancy will immediately generate a problem ticket of severity level 2. Redundant Systems. 2.2.9.1 Contractor warehouse operations shall have backup electric power generators with transfer switches between the electric utility and the power generator to insure a safe, continuous and reliable source of power in the event of failure of electricity supplies. Specifically, the Contractor will provide and maintain the following applicable redundant systems: • Back-up generator power for key facility components, including all temperature controlled environments. • Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) for all temperature monitoring systems. • Back up temperature monitoring system. • Data back-up of all validated temperature monitoring systems.
