Reductions, Terminations Clause Samples

Reductions, Terminations. Increases & Reinstatements Whenever a change is made in the status, plan, amount or other material feature of a Reinsured Policy; Generali USA will evaluate the change and, to the extent providing in this Agreement, adjust the reinsurance coverage. The Ceding Company must notify Generali USA as soon as practicable after it occurs but no later than the next scheduled report pursuant to Article VI.A above.
