Reduced Quantity Sample Clauses

The Reduced Quantity clause allows one party, typically the buyer, to decrease the amount of goods or services ordered under a contract without breaching the agreement. In practice, this clause sets out the conditions under which quantities can be reduced, such as providing advance notice or adhering to minimum order thresholds. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the buyer to adjust their requirements in response to changing needs, while also protecting the seller by establishing clear procedures and limits for such reductions.
