Common use of Reduced Block Program Clause in Contracts

Reduced Block Program. ‌ The Company and the Union agree to meet to discuss an alternative to full-time employment for Flight Attendants who desire a partial schedule and/or desire either greater flexibility with scheduled work hours, or reduced work hours overall. The initial meeting will take place prior to the end of 2019.
