Common use of Redress of Determination Clause in Contracts

Redress of Determination. The faculty member may redress the committee’s findings to the xxxx for a mandatory hearing within a week of the issuance of those findings. Upon completion of the hearing, the xxxx will provide a written determination indicating concurrence or dissent with the faculty member’s redress within a week of the scheduled hearing. A copy of the xxxx’x determination will be delivered to the faculty member, the committee, and the faculty member’s chair.
