Redevelopment Project Maintenance Sample Clauses

Redevelopment Project Maintenance. Upon substantial completion of the Redevelopment Project and so long as this Agreement is in effect, the Corporation or its successor(s) in interest, as owner or owners of the affected portion(s) of the Redevelopment Area, shall maintain or cause to be maintained the buildings and improvements within the Redevelopment Area which it owns in a good state of repair and in conformity with applicable state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
