Redetermined Areas Sample Clauses

Redetermined Areas. The amendments to this Ground Lease Agreement and the amendments to the Memorandum of the Ground Lease by the execution of the instruments referred to in Section 2.6 to reflect any redetermined or relocated Interconnection Areas, Utility Areas or Access Rights of Way will have preference and precedence and be superior to and prior to any mortgage or other lien on such redetermined or relocated Areas or Access Rights of Way that are recorded subsequent to the date of recordation of the Memorandum of Lease.
