Redeployment to a non comparable role If a directly comparable role is not available, we will make reasonable efforts to redeploy you to a ‘non comparable’ role. A ‘non‐comparable role’ means a role that isn’t a ‘directly comparable role’ and may include roles at a lower base pay. Where you have been redeployed to a non‐comparable role, you will have the opportunity for up to 4 weeks' since the beginning of the redeployment to request to receive a genuine redundancy payment at your pre‐ redeployment remuneration level. Your employment would then be terminated by reason of redundancy.
