The 'Redeployees' clause defines the treatment and rights of employees who are reassigned or transferred within an organization, often due to restructuring or redundancy. Typically, this clause outlines the process for identifying redeployees, the support or priority they receive in securing alternative roles, and any obligations the employer has to facilitate their transition, such as retraining or preferential consideration for vacancies.
