Common use of Redefined Terms Clause in Contracts

Redefined Terms. The term “Loan Documents,” as defined in the Credit Agreement and as used in this Amendment, shall be deemed to refer to and include this Amendment, and all other documents or instruments executed in connection with this Amendment and the Acquisition. The term “Financial Statements,” as defined in the Credit Agreement, shall be deemed to refer to and include any financial statements provided by Credit Parties to Lender (or otherwise filed by the Credit Parties with the SEC or any Principal Trading Market) since the effective date of the Credit Agreement.
