Recycling Services. Contractor shall provide a system for the collection and recycling of all toner and ink cartridges that is free of charge to Purchasing Entities. Contractor shall also offer free collection and recycling services for rechargeable batteries, which may be through the industry- financed Charge2recycle Program or a similar service.
