Common use of Recycling Program Clause in Contracts

Recycling Program. In the event CONSULTANT maintains an office or operates a facility(ies), or is required herein to maintain or operate same, within the incorporated limits of the City of Fresno, CONSULTANT at its sole cost and expense shall: (i) Immediately establish and maintain a viable and ongoing recycling program, approved by CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division, for each office and facility. Literature describing CITY recycling programs is available from CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division and by calling City of Fresno Recycling Hotline at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. (iii) Cooperate with and demonstrate to the satisfaction of CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division the establishment of the recycling program in paragraph (i) above and the ongoing maintenance thereof.
