Recycle. Pak shall assume the Member’s producer responsibility obligations in relation to every obligation year throughout which the Member is a member of Recycle- Pak. Recycle-Pak shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and directives including without limitation the Act, the Regulations and the Directive with respect to the performance of its obligations hereunder.
